You're probably wondering what's going on — and honestly, so am I some days.
Here's the short version: the original site was hacked, and we lost 2½ years of uploaded content. We have backups, but restoring everything has to be done one item at a time, so it's slow going.
The thing I care most about is making sure you are taken care of through all of this.
Your options right now:
The fastest and best option: Supercast The feedback from members who've made the switch has been overwhelmingly positive — and I think I know why. Supercast delivers both the regular and premium audio directly to your favorite podcast app. That means if your app lets you download episodes for offline listening, you can do that with CraftLit. It also means no new app to learn.
Logging in is painless: no password to remember — Supercast just emails you a one-click link and you're in. You can use the Supercast site to send episode comments or questions for me to answer on the show.

If you have an annual subscription: Email Heather@CraftLit.com, put "ANNUAL" in the subject, and I'll email you back so we can strategize how I can refund you whatever's left.
If you were paying by check: Nothing changes. Same process as always — just reach out to me directly.
If you need another option: I can set up a password-protected page with a direct link to the premium audio files. It's not as elegant (no built-in player, and the file storage doesn't have a pretty interface), but it works. If that's what you need, email me at heather@craftlit.com with "MEMBERSHIP" in the subject line, and we'll sort it out.
